Start a project.

Tell us what you're working on, when it needs to exist, and what it needs to accomplish. We'll come back with a real scope and a real number.

The Form

Tell us what you're building.

Five minutes now saves a week of email later. Everything here goes straight to Gabe, and you'll have a reply in your inbox within one business day.

Reach Us

Email or the form. Seriously.

Both go straight to Gabe. Not a queue, not an assistant, not a chatbot named Skyler.

Why we push the form and email so hard: Gabe is ADHD as hell. That’s genuinely useful on a shoot day, when forty things are happening at once and somebody has to track all of them. It is significantly less useful for remembering a phone call from Tuesday.

Written down means it exists. Written down means your project has a paper trail, a scope, and a date instead of living in a brain running 47 tabs.

So the phone number is right there and you’re welcome to use it. Just follow it up with an email, or save us both a step and fill out the damn form.

Three things make the first reply actually useful:

What the project is. Photo, video, strategy, or “something’s broken and I can’t name it.”

When you need it. Deadlines move scope way more than budget does.

What it’s for. Website, ads, a rebrand, a launch, a pitch. The end use decides how we shoot it, and it decides the licensing.

If our work feels like your vibe, let's talk.

Before You Write

One honest note.

We are not the cheapest option in the Hill Country and we're not trying to be. If price is the only variable that matters on this project, we'll genuinely point you somewhere else instead of burning a week of your time. If you want the work to actually move the business, that's the conversation we want to have.

Straight Answers

Before you reach out

Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, routinely. We have worked under NDA with large pharmaceutical companies and other clients with real confidentiality requirements, so this is familiar territory rather than a special favor. Send your standard agreement and we will review and sign it. If you would rather use ours, we have one. Confidential projects also mean the work stays out of our portfolio and off social until you clear it, or permanently if that is the deal.
Can we buy out the copyright?
Effectively yes, at a higher rate, though the instrument is usually an exclusive and unlimited license rather than an actual copyright transfer. In practice that gives you what a buyout is meant to give you: exclusive use with no time limit, no medium restrictions, and no competing use of the images. It can be written with or without the right to resell or otherwise directly monetize the images, and those are priced differently. Tell us how far you need it to go and we will scope it before the project starts, never after.
How far in advance should we book?
For a single day shoot, two to four weeks is comfortable, because pre-production has its own deadlines: a pre-pro call at least two weeks out and an approved creative brief at least seven days out. Campaigns, multi-day productions, and retainers need longer. If you are against a hard deadline, put the date in your first message and we will tell you honestly whether it is doable.
What do you need to give us a quote?
The type of work, the deliverables and where they will be used, the location, the date or date range, and any hard budget ceiling. End use matters as much as shot count, because advertising and broadcast use require expanded licensing that gets priced up front rather than discovered later.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A 50% non-refundable deposit plus a signed agreement reserves your date, with no exceptions. Cancelling 30 or more days out forfeits the deposit with no further obligation. Cancelling inside 30 days means the full project fee is owed.
Do you work with agencies or as a white label vendor?
Yes. We work directly with agencies and subcontract under white label arrangements, which run through a partnership agreement addendum attached to the primary client contract. Send the scope and we will tell you how we would structure it.
