What we do, and what it costs.
No packages you have to decode. Here's the work, here's the rate, here's what changes the number.
Rates
What it costs to work with us.
Field work is priced by the hour or by the day. Base pricing covers one photographer or shooter plus an assistant. Bigger crews get custom quoted, because a three-person set is a different animal than a two-person one.
This is what it costs. No haggling theater.
- 01
Half day, up to 5 hours, $900
The most common starting point for a single-location branding shoot, a product run, or a team photo day.
- 02
Full day, up to 10 hours, $1,700
Multi-location, multi-scene, or a proper content day where we're building a library instead of getting a few shots.
- 03
Hourly, two hour minimum
$500 for the first two hours, then $300 per hour after. Best for short, tightly scoped jobs.
- 04
Post-production
$75 per hour, $300 per half day, $600 per full day. Every shoot requires post, including projects that deliver raw files.
- 05
Travel
$1.20 per mile from Kerrville (78028), billed both directions. Projects 125 or more miles out carry a two night hotel minimum at $300 per night. Parking and tolls invoiced separately.
- 06
Bigger crews, campaigns, retainers
Custom scoped. Multi-day campaigns and monthly marketing retainers are quoted against deliverables, not hours.
Also Available
The add-ons worth knowing about.
01
Found, Not Buried
SEO optimization on the photos themselves. Real filenames plus embedded metadata so your images get indexed by Google Images and cited by AI search instead of sitting invisible. Founding rate from $75 through September 30, 2026.
02
Team & Executive Headshots
Headshot days for the whole staff, consistent across every person so your team page stops looking like a ransom note. Priced by group size.
03
Real Estate & Property
Residential, custom homes, commercial property, short term rentals, ranch and large acreage. Stills, video, and aerial. Priced separately from commercial day rates.
04
Licensed Music
$15 per track from our subscription libraries. Outside selections run $50 to $500 depending on the license.
05
Voiceover
Around $100 per minute of finished spoken word, depending on the artist. Quoted per project.
06
Drone & Aerial
FAA Part 107 certified aerial work, added to any shoot. Quoted by scope.
The Fine Print, Up Front
Terms we'd rather you know now.
None of this is unusual for commercial work. We'd just rather it live on a public page than buried on page four of a contract you skim at signing.
- 01
50% holds the date
Non refundable, and the date isn't reserved without it plus a signed agreement. No exceptions, including for people we genuinely like.
- 02
You get a license, we keep the copyright
Standard commercial license is included with every package. Paid advertising, broadcast, national campaigns, and sublicensing to third parties need an expanded license, scoped and priced before the project starts.
- 03
Revisions are defined
One round of photo selects feedback, two rounds of video edit revisions. Additional rounds run $75 per hour.
- 04
Raw files aren't standard
They're not included by default. If you need them, say so during scoping and we'll price it in.
- 05
Galleries stay live 6 months
After that, reactivation is $25. Download your files.
- 06
Pre-production has deadlines too
Pre-pro call at least 2 weeks out, creative brief approved at least 7 days out, brand guidelines and references in at least 2 weeks out. Missing those can push the shoot.
Still Diagnosing
Not sure which of these you need?
That's a strategy question, not a photography question. Start with a conversation, or start with a brand audit and let the research tell you.
